I am clapping my hand and yelling GO JEN GO ...YAY!! I am clapping my hand and yelling GO JEN GO JEN!! <br /><br />I am proud of you girl! I know how hard it is to get the MOJO back! My fitbook really helped me set small goals. I have not set finite goals for the 12 weeks because I always loose sight when I do that but my 12-week goal is to set weekly goals. That has been the key to my success this past week! Every weekend I do a menu plan and weekly workout plan and if you know me you know that if I write a list I have to cross things off!! ;-) <br /><br />Good Luck! WE CAN DO THIS!!
